The 144k Collective derives its name from the symbolic power of the number 144,000—a figure often associated with collective awakening and stewardship in cultural and spiritual traditions. The organization seeks to channel this symbolism into tangible action, empowering members to co-create solutions for a more equitable and interconnected world.
“Today is not just a launch—it’s the beginning of a movement,” said Jeremy (Jay) Davis, Executive Manager and founding architect of The 144k Collective. “Our vision is to bridge divides, amplify marginalized voices, and harness innovation for the greater good. We believe that when 144,000 minds align in purpose, there’s no limit to what humanity can achieve.”
Governance and Structure
Reflecting its commitment to transparency and inclusivity, The 144k Collective operates under a unique governance model detailed in its foundational operating agreement. A Board of Managers, led by Davis and comprising 9 Founding Partners with expert insights and resources in technology, ethics, and social impact, will oversee strategic direction. Associate Managers, appointed for their expertise, will drive sector-specific initiatives—from hunger to housing, and beyond.
